Our Playback Company offers a range of private, audience-participation events built around true stories, improvised acting, live music, and movement. Playback’s unique approach will guarantee a productive and fun filled day in the office or for your next event! Playback promises that you will walk away knowing each other better and with a handful of tools that will never forget if we are doing a skill building training!!
How they work: 
A typical format is that a facilitator invites guests to share short moments or longer personal stories , then the actors and musicians “play back” those experiences through improvised scenes, movement, and music. The performances can be shaped around a theme, such as “change,” “belonging,” or “new beginnings,” so it feels tailored to the event.
With trainings that involve skills building – the facilitator invites guests to participate in interactive theater games and experiential exercises are focused on a theme or skills to be acquired. We take basic skills in theater arts and apply them to the workplace through a series of exercises, then the theme is then reiterated through the creative performance format.
